Liked multi-channel TV and a writing desk in the room. The huge bathroom was a plus.

Silent hotel, magnificent location, tastefully decorated and bright rooms. Varied breakfast with good choice of choice. Location close enough to the mountains, centre, and Germany. Again, walking distance to Altstadt Quedlinburg.

The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and well-equipped. The location was perfect, overlooking the historic square, and the staff treated us like family.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by providing a larger lounge area.

The central location in a lovely town allied to car parking availability.

A rather "posy" and expensive restaurant

We couldn't fault hotel, just what I hoped it would be like, staff went out of their way to help us even though most couldn't speak english. Location is just beautiful on the Platz. Food in their restaurant is to die for. Would stay their in a heartbeat.

I simply adored the elegant decoration of Hotel Theophano. The antique furniture in the general areas gave me a feeling of grandeur. As a senior, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The children working there were always ready to assist me with my luggage and ensured a comfortable stay.

I would have liked a more extensive range of activities for senior guests.

stayed in the new annexe, large comfortable room with effective air conditioning during a heatwave. Friendly staff, great location, simple but good quality breakfast buffet.

nothing, it was not the hotel we were lead to believe it was, no resturant on site, and the nite we wanted a table it was fully booked. No real shower in the bathroom just a normal over the bath shower which was difficult to get in and out of, on saturday evening the whole reception was shut by 20:00hrs so through Booked.net we arrange an early retreat and moved on.

i know now this is not a good quality hotel, and it does not live up to its ratings. it was just clean and tidy but pleanty of spiders in the rooms along with there webs, could be medieval? The breakfast was only just up to standatd too, as we asked for some more ham only to be told there was none, all gone. no hot food eggs/ bacon could be found on the hot plate either. But the staff there were really good and helpful

I was pleased with tasteful room, which was complete with stunning views of the Marktplatz, a huge bed and four creaky floors. The location was super and awesome, only 5 minutes walk to St Nikolai Church. The staff was nice and incredible from arrival to departure.

This place is in a perfect location, right on the main square. It's so convenient to be within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in the town center. The staff here are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms are comfortable and quirky, with modern bathrooms cleverly integrated into the historic building. I also appreciated the fact that there were lots of internal staircases to compensate for the lack of a lift. Moreover, the included breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the charming old town, on the bustling market square. Our room was spacious with a modern, sparkling clean bathroom and large soft towels. The breakfast buffet was varied and included fresh fruit salad and scrambled eggs, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no air conditioning and the room got uncomfortably hot at night.

Excellent position on the market square. The very welcoming and helpful staff. The excellent suggestions of places to visit and the essential tip to get the Brocken train in Wernigerode because it fills up quickly (arrive early even there if you are in the main tourist season) and the super spacious characterful bedroom and very modern bathroom. Nothing not too like!
